This LVL Up Academy employee course will focus on the unseated procedure after a guest is unseated from a lift. You will learn and acquire knowledge on how to respond and what your role is as a member of either Lift department and/or the Patrol department. The content of this course is designed to be consitent with the National Ski Areas Association (NSAA) materials and generally accepted industry practices.
