This LVL Up Academy course will focus on the incident investigation (II) process procedure after a catastrophic guest injury during the Winter months. You will learn and acquire knowledge on how to conduct a full II with detailed documentation and what your role is as a member of resort risk management should cover. The content of this course is designed to be consitent with the National Ski Areas Association (NSAA) materials and generally accepted industry practices.
